Description: Under direction of the Assistant Controller or designee, major responsibilities include, but are not limited to: oversee data entry for invoices, requisitions, vouchers, purchase orders, and checks; process weekly check runs for PUC, HME, electronic payments, and student account refunds; maintain filing system for Accounts Payable; process annual 1099 filings; reconciliation of general ledger accounts; supervise student employees; monitor sales and use tax; and other duties as assigned.
Experience: ? B.S. in accounting or Business Administration
? Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience
? Previous data entry and computer system experience
? High degree of organization
? Able to work well with students, staff, and the public
? Effective telephone skills
? Customer Service oriented
