Description: GIA Enrollment Counselor
Hourly Full-time (35-40)
This employee will assist the Director of Student Services to manage recruitment, enrollment and survey data.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage digital and paper records, and communication templates.
Communicate with Griggs International Academy applicants and prospective students by e-mail, letter and phone calls. Process enrollment documents. Counsel prospective students regarding academic services and financial options. Assist in implementing the communication plan. Follow up with prospective students and online inquiries. Assist with recruiting and marketing initiatives. Manage and assess data from school surveys. Assist at the front desk as needed. Report student needs and concerns to administration/K12 committee. Other duties as assigned by Student Services Director and administration

• Spreadsheets, templates and mail merge
• Learning Management System
• Student Information System
Experience: This position requires strong leadership, planning and organizational skills, and technical competencies. To provide excellent customer service, the applicant must also have good verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Seventh-day Adventist education and college degree preferred
