General duties and responsibilities for this university leader includes:
Oversee the functions of undergraduate and graduate recruitment, admissions, financial aid counseling for prospective students, and other programs (including ASSIST/PFE).
Will be responsible for development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of comprehensive recruitment plan for the university in order to meet enrollment goals.
Serve as a member of the President’s Cabinet, on Strategic Planning and Budgeting Committee, and other committees as stipulated by institutional policy or as requested by the president.
Will frequently provide enrollment reports to the Board of Trustees, campus, or other groups as requested by the president and collaborate with academic deans and chairs and coordinate enrollment activities with academic areas.
Develop pricing strategies to position the institution in the marketplace, including the effective and strategic use of financial aid.
Ensure that all areas of Enrollment Management provide exceptional customer service and that policies and processes are student-centered and user-friendly.
will collaborate closely with Marketing and University Relations on messaging, communication, and branding for all publications, materials, emails, websites, and communication campaigns for students and families.
Will also guide, mentor and evaluate direct reports: Director of Graduate Marketing, Systems Specialist, Director of Admissions, and Director of Assist/PFE Programs. Oversee recruitment, employee evaluation and training for all Enrollment Management employees.
Oversee the Assist/PFE scholarships -- academy/middle school work programs.
Collaborate with professional peers at other higher education institutions, participate in the Adventist Enrollment Association (AEA), and help guide the university in implementing and responding to AEA initiatives.

Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree.
Travel as needed or as requested by the president.
Previous experience in recruiting and marketing preferred.

Previous experience with higher education or awareness of higher education culture and processes.
