Description: Hinsdale Adventist Academy is looking for a part-time Business Manager for the 2018-19 school year. The person will be responsible for all finance related activities. This includes preparation of annual academy budgets, monthly and annual financial reports, complete year-end closing report, prepare for annual GCAS audit, prepare and send payroll to the Illinois Conference for processing, and review and prepare monthly bank reconciliations. The Business Manager will need to clearly communicate financial information to school committees, school board members, and parents.
Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or finance. Understanding how to use FACTS for student billing is helpful but not mandatory.
