Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Operations Specialist/Crime Victim Advocate -
* Manage all services and personnel working under the department's Support Operations section to include but not limited to Victim's and Witness Advocating.
* Records management regarding incidents and trends for the Clery act.
* Providing information on reporting procedures to both on and off campus agencies.
Experience: Clery Reporting -
* Updates the web information for new policies and procedures, weekly emergency preparedness and awareness, alerts, and mass notification system.
COIRE Administrative Support Duties -
Maintain a progressive and accumulative electronic and physical filing system that provides for electronic capture of institutional and departmental assessments, findings, or other evidence; changes made to policies and procedures, etc. in support of compliance and/or accreditation.
The position has the authority to make recommendations that will affect procedures, processes, and practices involving customers or employees within the same department as well as campus wide in regards to the operations of the campus, as well as compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree mandatory from four-year college or university; or Master’s degree preferred. Any compliance, assessment, or program evaluation is preferred. Policies and procedures documentation experience is preferred. Administrative support or executive assistance experience is preferred. Counseling experience or training is preferred.
The position requires the ability to both author and edit reports or assist the Chief of Operations and Compliance with technical documents and prepare public education documents. Must demonstrate significant oral and written communication skills.
