Description: The Communication Specialist will ensure that the recruitment goals and strategies of Union College are carried out, while simultaneously prospecting, attracting, admitting, and enrolling students. Manages prospecting, attracting, admitting, and enrolling students into the Nursing and Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) programs utilizing the NursingCAS and OTACAS systems. Builds and fosters ongoing relationships with prospects. Provides the necessary materials for Nursing and OTA to interview prospective students. Manages email communication flow campaigns for all prospects using MailChimp. Launches texting campaigns for the entire recruitment team to prospects. Manages Call Center. Hires and trains student callers. Prepares campaigns in cooperation with the director of enrollment services, including writing scripts and preparing call lists. Experience: Bachelor's degree with relevant experiences in customer service and/or communication.
