Description: Responsibilities: Provide data necessary for institutional and accreditation purposes Collaborate with and coordinate other support services in IPEDS data preparation Maintain internal dashboards and train/coach internal stakeholders Create an annual Fact Book Schedule, collect, and analyze stakeholder data, which includes numerous surveys and assessments Respond to requests for data used for decision making and marketing efforts Provide data to support assessment and program review Develop, initiate and maintain an annual calendar of data collection and data sharing Attend professional meetings locally and regionally Serve as data governance chair

Experience: Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements Technology fluent to include: Experience in quantitative analysis using SPSS, Excel, SQL, Power Bi, or other statistical tools to conduct data analysis and reporting. Ability to produce professional reports that effectively communicate ideas using appropriate words, correct grammar, punctuation, spelling, and effectively integrate quantitative and visual information. Must possess a keen attention to details around the data and the organization of various data/statistical reports. Effectively work independently and collaboratively with various campus constituents. Demonstrated ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines. Possess the ability to identify opportunities to improve activities, programs or operations. A strong desire to work on a team committed to customer service. A commitment to continuous professional development and growth.
