Description: Maintain student records Provide ongoing documentation, and data in accordance with FERPA, HIPAA, ADA and other federal as well as state regulations Consistent communication with academic department faculty advisors Make referrals to the counseling and health department, as appropriate Know and apply current and updated policy for Oakwood University; keep CSS staff and faculty informed of this information per FERPA and HIPAA regulations Develop, plan, implement and evaluate outreach and remediation programs Monitor program and resources for students and turn in data sets to Dean of Student Success Collaborate with recruiters to maintain contacts with entering student cohorts Meet weekly with students on academic probation Train and supervise student workers (e.g. front desk, mentors, tutors, tour guides, etc.) Other duties as assigned.

Experience: Master's degree in education, psychology or related field preferred Two years' experience working with youth preferred Excellent oral, listening and written skills Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students and other employees Teaching experience in postsecondary institution preferred
