Description: Walla Walla University's Marketing & Enrollment Services is looking to fill a creative manager position that is tasked with the following roles: (1) Managing the university’s creative development and design of print materials, social and online media, as well as customer relationship management assets. (2) Maintaining the university’s online image and identity, including implementing branding and content standards for the university social media platforms and web pages. (3) Ensures the strategic visual presentation and functionality of WWU’s web pages. (4) Provides routine training and support for university digital content managers, and assists other departments with print or online projects. (5) Develops and maintains a keen understanding of current digital trends and technologies, strategies, and content management practices. Experience: Bachelor's degree in design, communications, business, related liberal arts area or equivalent experience preferred but not required for consideration. Experience in design, including demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel), TYPO3, Squarespace, social media scheduling platforms (such as Hootsuite or Later), and experience with database management preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in communications/advertising via social and digital media on platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
