Description: Olney Adventist Preparatory School (OAPS) has a proven track record of providing children with a Christian environment and an individualized approach to learning that allows them to excel academically, spiritually, socially, and physically. Our students are leading in national standardized test scores – in 2019-2020, our middle school students scored in the top 7% in the nation on the Iowa Assessments!

Experience: We are seeking a qualified Bible and History teacher for grades 6-8. OAPS is looking for a dynamic and energetic educator who is passionate about differentiating instruction to meet the individual strengths and needs of students. Strong candidates will be passionate about Jesus Christ and inspire students to walk closely with Him each day. Finally, OAPS seeks an educator who will create positive relationships with students while maintaining an organized and structured classroom environment. Applicants with a Master’s Degree in progress or completed are preferred. Candidates must hold current NAD certification and be an active member in a Seventh-day Adventist Church.
