Description: Position Description: F.H. Jenkins Preparatory School is a school committed to inspiring and cultivating excellence. In an effort to continue to fulfill this mission promise, we are seeking a highly qualified 1st grade teacher. We are looking for a team-oriented individual who is passionate about God and children. We are located in Nashville Tennessee. The metro area of Nashville Tennessee has a blossoming job marking and is on a continuous growth track. Nashville is rank #13 out of 100 metropolitan areas in the United States based on quality of life and job market. F.H. Jenkins has been recently renovated and classrooms have been improved with new carpet throughout the building. The school has a large gymnasium, extensive cafeteria space and an outdoor garden. The school has had a steady increase of students over the past four years (enrollment has gone from 23 to 71 students). FHJ Prep is a dynamic forward-thinking, innovative church school. Experience: Qualifications & Experience: The candidates must be a faithful member of the Seventh-Day-Adventist church. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of teaching, with some years of experience in the lower grades.
