Description: The major responsibilities of the Dishroom Supervisor is the assignment of work, training, and supervision of student workers to provide efficient service to customers, ensure the cleaning and sanitation of dishes and laundry, and to report all equipment issues to the Caféteria Manager.
Experience: A minimum of a high school diploma. College or trade school education preferred. A minimum of 2 years experience in Foodservice. Supervision and management experience.
