Description: Nursing Program faculty are responsible and accountable for preparing undergraduate students to successfully complete the Union College Nursing Program Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) curriculum and pass the National Council State Boards of Nursing Examination (NCLEX_RN). Experience: Prefer doctoral degree, require master's degree with a desire to continue preparation at the doctoral level. Three years of professional nursing experience that provides a broad knowledge base of nursing and healthcare; experience in both classroom and clinical setting. Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on communication and relationship development with colleagues and students. Ability to use technology and software both in and out of the classroom. Committed to Seventh-day Adventist education and supports the mission and vision of the College and nursing program. Must be currently authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
