Description: The position of Admissions Counselor and Ministry Coordinator is responsible for the management of ministry teams as well the development, planning and implementation of the Southern Adventist University recruitment strategy within their assigned territories, by connecting with individual prospective students and their parents and assisting them through the enrollment process. Travel comprises about 25% of the job, which equates to about 50-60 days per year and may include weekends.

Experience: A Bachelor’s degree is required, but a Master’s degree preferred. Must be able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. Highly organized with a distinct propensity for timeliness and professionalism. Ability to work extended hours during critical admissions seasons. Experience effectively working with and speaking to young adults preferred. Demonstrated competency with a variety of technology platforms and too.
