Description: • Installs and maintains end user computing hardware and peripherals. • Supports and maintains the telephony system. • Installs and maintains local area network hardware such as routers, switches and wireless infrastructure. • Handles service management, resolution and follow-up for user issues, referring more complex problems to senior staff. • Supports with cabling and infrastructure demands as needed. • Assists with WebAdvisor and CANVAS technical problems and support. • Provides end user training as needed. • Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Employee will be responsible administratively for specific programs or coordination of services within the functional area. • Excellent technical, analytical, communication, and customer service skills. • Ability to manage details, monitor, and complete tasks in the ITSM system. • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team. • Maintains solid understanding of technology and networking. • Ability to responds promptly and courteously to customer needs and requests for information. • Possess the ability to function independently. • Able to write detailed documentation.

Experience: Education: • High School Diploma/GED required. • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. Licenses/Certifications: • A+ certification preferred • Network+ certification preferred
