Description: The EMS Coordinator is responsible for teaching and developing the International Rescue and Relief (IRR) EMS curriculum. This position will teach EMT classes as well as other classes assigned by the Program Director. The EMS Coordinator will also attend and assist in teaching at the IRR Summer Program each summer. Experience: Desire to passionately share the healing ministry of Christ with students. Master's degree in relevant discipline preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on communication and relationship development with colleagues and students Ability to use technology and software both in and out of the classroom EMS Instructor Certification is required and must be up to date with all state and national requirements and certifications Rescue 3 International Instructor Certification or willingness to acquire within the first year of employment. Expressed commitment to Jesus Christ, the teachings and mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church; a Seventh-day Adventist church member in good and regular standing Must be currently authorized to work lawfully in the United States
