Description: Perform bank transfers and other banking duties as needed General Ledger posting of bank wires and other miscellaneous bank activity Assist in updating weekly cash flow General Ledger posting of adjustments to inventories Preparation of sales tax returns and other quarterly and annual compliance reports Recording of contributions and reconciliation of contributions with Advancement Recording of fixed asset additions, deletions, sales, depreciation, and releases of funds restricted for fixed asset Recording of monthly notes payable interest payments Maintenance of property tax files and payments Other duties as assigned

Experience: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration · 3-5 years of Accounting experience · Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports · Strong mathmatical and analytical skills · Excellent organizational skills · Detail oriented and completes tasks within deadlines · Flexible and positive team player · Strong communication skills.
