Description: The Computer Support Supervisor is responsible for overseeing helpdesk operations, repairing computer equipment, and supervising student technicians. For more information go to

Experience: Duties and Responsibilities: • Responds to support line calls and enters data into helpdesk software • Repairs computer hardware and software • Supports AV equipment in classrooms • Hires, trains, and supervises student technicians • Assigns support and repairs jobs to student technicians • Keeps operating system and application software updated • Maintains appropriate inventory levels • Looks for ways to improve operations • Performs all other reasonable business-related functions as assigned Education: At least three (3) years of computer troubleshooting experience is required. A+ certification is strongly preferred. Experience and Abilities: • Excellent troubleshooting capabilities • Outstanding customer service skills • Knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems • Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Office suite • Basic knowledge of networking principles
