Description: Manages assigned case load according to protocol. Participates in weekly Academic Support Team (AST) meetings. Assesses the need for services and develops an Individual Action Plan (IAP). Connects student(s) to appropriate services/resources. Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer service minded. Familiar with campus resources. Organized, self-starter, critical thinker. Work efficiently alone and with a team. Leadership qualities. Ability to connect with students. Maintain integrity and confidentiality. Proficient with various software programs including MS Office, Google and TracCloud. 5-10 hours a week.
