Description: Rainbow Connection (RC)is a mission-oriented licensed by the State of California preschool serving local community of Bishop, CA. RC is in the only Christian private preschool in the beautiful and picturesque city of Bishop, and it sits right next to the Bishop Adventist Elementary School. The preschool is state licensed for students with ages 2-6 with an enrollment of about 45 students. There are two to three other teachers supporting this position. The program implements the NAD Standards for Early Childhood Education. RC has a strong school board and church support. Bishop, CA, is located at the foot of the Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains, 45min drive from impressive Mammoth Lakes and 3 hours away from incredible Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks.

Experience: Seeking a highly enthusiastic, creative, flexible, caring and people friendly candidate with at least an AA in Child Development/Early Childhood Education. The candidate must have great leadership skills, excellent class-room management, effective communication skills and highly professional when dealing with parents and staff. Previous experience in working with young children is preferred. Must be an active SDA member and authorized to work in the United States.
