Description: Facilitates high-quality communications with the university’s prospective students, families, alumni, donors, and stakeholders by developing and managing customer relationship management (CRM) tools and processes for effective outreach. Serves as a lead Slate captain and facilitates the systematic development and distribution of digital communications. Oversees systems for Slate data entry and payments. Provides enrollment, alumni and advancement activity reports and communications as directed. Experience: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, communications, or related liberal arts area, or equivalent experience. • Experience/Skills: • Years of experience: Two (2) or more years of experience in project management, customer relationship management systems, communications, or business management. • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, preferably Slate. • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word and Excel). • Strong organizational skills, including ability to manage multiple projects. • Demonstrated ability to solve problems—ability to exercise good judgment, exhibit creativity, and work with others to develop solutions. • Flexibility a must—ability to work outside normal office hours and to handle unexpected requests. • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with a clear ability to convey information positively and in a timely manner.
