Description: We are seeking a Task Force Girls dean for the 2023-2024 school year. The Task Force dean is directly responsible to the head dean and will support and assist the head dean and assistant dean in the dorm program. Qualifications include having a sense of mission for youth and a willingness to serve others. Be a positive, active and supportive member of the Seventh-day Adventist church. Live a lifestyle that supports traditional Adventist values. Be flexible and enjoy living and working closely with young people, having good communication and relational skills. Duties include but are not limited to supervision of study halls, leading out in dorm worships, giving Bible Studies, planning Girls’ Club activities, transportation of students, supervise off-campus events, working one-on-one with young people to develop relationships in a mentor role.

Experience: At least two years of College Experience. All candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
