With our principal retiring, we now have a vacancy. We are seeking to hire a principal who has a passion for working with and for the best interest of children and youth. The ideal candidate will enjoy partnering with parents, faculty, staff, and board members to maximize the best product at EJA. Demonstrate content knowledge and pedagogy including planning and developing student-centered instructional activities. In addition to the EJA family, South Atlantic Conference teachers have a community through PLC's, lesson planning, and relevant workshops are ongoing. We have great benefits and competitive salary.

Experience: The ideal candidate will be a Christian and active member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church who is committed to providing high-quality instruction from an Adventist Christian perspective. He/she should be a nurturing person holding a current elementary education degree. The candidate should also demonstrate a willingness to build strong connections within the community. If you have never been a principal bur desire to move into administrations, we offer a strong principal mentoring program. Prior professional experience in the Adventist Education system preferred • Must be eligible to be employed in the United States.
