Description: The Director of Visit Experience creates, manages, and cares for a campus visitor center and campus events for prospective students that embodies an authentic experience of Union College. The director will create a welcoming and hospitable environment for all guests they engage with. The scope of the position includes managing the Visitor Center, the conference center, and the Ortner guest rooms in addition to managing visits from prospective students. Experience: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in communications, marketing, or project management Previous experience in event planning preferred Excellent interpersonal skills Self-motivated, detail oriented, organized able to delegate and follow through
