Description: The Director of Student Financial Services is responsible for maintaining compliance with institutional, federal, and state regulations, and administering and managing a highly personalized financial aid process. The scope of the position includes managing a team of three financial aid counselors, creating an environment where customers experience is top notch, keeping the team on top of institutional, federal and state regulations and changes in those areas, meeting federal and state deadlines for reporting, creating a system that is proactive in processing student financial aid, and building strong collaborative relationships with key campus departments, especially recruitment, advancement, and accounts receivable.
