Spencerville Adventist Academy is a thriving, 400+ student, PK-12th grade school, housed in a beautiful facility located just 30 minutes north of Washington DC, near the Columbia Union, North American Division, and General Conference offices. We have an immediate opening for a Business Manager. We value Adventist foundations and pursue academic excellence at all age levels. We have a 4-person administrative team consisting of a Head Principal, Secondary Principal, Elementary Principal, and Business Manager who work collaboratively to execute the school’s vision and mission. The Business Manager oversees all aspects of the school finances, working directly with the administrative team to provide strong fiscal management, effectively using resources to support the school’s mission. The ideal candidate has strong communication and management skills, fosters an environment of respect and collaboration, is an expert in customer service, and is passionate about Seventh-day Adventist education. She/He is intentional about implementing best practices to meet strategic goals and ensure compliance with school policies and procedures. Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. A minimum of three years’ experience is preferred. Must be an active member of the SDA Church. Must be eligible to work in USA.
