Miami Union Adventist Academy is looking for a dynamic, creative, energetic, Spirit-filled educator to join our team in the great city of North Miami. The winning candidate will be responsible to teach all English classes for the high school, be a class sponsor, offering tutoring to students as needed, participate in an extracurricular activity, and be an active participant in our staff worships, outings, and meetings. You will also have other responsibilities such as supervision and recruitment activities. The school is supported by many surrounding churches, a committed school board, and a passionate conference office eager to see a change in the Miami area. We are faithfully committed to Adventist Education shown through excellence and commitment to the vision of the school’s administration. You will work with a group of dedicated educators, who are looking to welcome a new member to the team. Miami Union Adventist Academy has a history of strong academic performance. The winning candidate will need to be able to not only teach but also enhance our English program as we join our efforts with other colleges and universities. Required Experience
• An undergraduate (or higher) education degree is required. • All candidates must have the legal documentation to live and work in the United States. • Full Certification is required. • A dedicated Seventh-day Adventist who is committed to the development of young people in a meaningful way. • Send Resume, list of references, cover letter, reference letters, and a copy of your certification if available.
