The candidate should be a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and provide high-quality Adventist education, have multi-grade teaching experience, able to plan and implement age and developmentally appropriate lessons, and have excellent organizational and communication skills. The candidate will be part of a team that seeks to benefit the school requiring flexibility in work hours, assignments, and responsibilities. The candidate should possess a valid NAD elementary teacher certification and be able to obtain a Colorado state teacher license. Salary and benefits are based on denominations wage scale policy. Individuals must have the legal right to live and work in the United States and provide evidence of that right if employed.

Mid-American Union Remuneration Scale: 59% to 102% Base Salary Scale: $3,259.00 to $5,634.00 per month
Cost of Living Adjustment: Based on geographic location per ERI. Please note that not all locations within the Rocky Mountain Conference are eligible for cost of living.
Starting base salary is determined after verification of denominational credentials issued by the Mid-America Union of Seventh-day Adventists and number of relevant years of teaching experience.
