El Dorado Adventist School is seeking a Christ centered, growth minded, energetic individual who enjoys challenges and opportunities to serve as our school principal. The principal is responsible for shaping the schoolwide vision for learning and student success; and developing a welcoming community of learners. This includes creating a climate that is healthy, productive, and characterized by positive relationships with faculty, students, parents, and constituents. El Dorado is located in the foothills of the Sierras near hiking, biking, kayaking, and skiing. The campus includes a library, gymnasium and computer lab. The school enjoys a strong financial status, and a supportive board.

Member in good standing of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Master’s Degree and some administrative experience preferred. Open to work/life experience that applies to school administration. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
