Mile High Academy (MHA) has an opening for a dedicated, caring, dynamic fifth-grade teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. MHA offers a Christ-centered learning environment helping families experience excellence in Seventh-day Adventist education. MHA is looking for someone who is a team player, creative, and who loves children. The ability to integrate technology and innovative, hands-on learning experiences throughout the curriculum is desired in any applicant. Applicants for this position must model Christ-like behavior and attitudes which will positively impact students in leading them to Christ. MHA in Highlands Ranch, Colorado currently serves students in Preschool through 12th grade. MHA is supported by the local constituent churches and an Adventist Hospital System. MHA is fully accredited by Middle States Association Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools.
Prior teaching experience (3+ years preferred), BS or BA degree, and current NAD Certification. Masters is a bonus. All candidates must hold a denominational endorsement with the legal right to work in the United States.

Starting base salary is determined after verification of denominational credentials issued by the Mid-America Union of Seventh-day Adventists and number of relevant years of teaching experience.
