Description
Works collaboratively with customers, vendors, and the Ace hardware team. Conducts market research to develop competitive yet sustainable pricing guidelines. Monitors market trends, and adjusts pricing accordingly. Offers special prices to customers when appropriate. Manages the pricing software system. Performs competitor analysis. Creates reports reflecting metrics and project status, objectives, and barriers. Trains and support student employees. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CREDENTIALS PREFERRED Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. 1-2 years in retail. Prior experience with sales and cost management systems. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Exceptional customer service skills. Detail oriented. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Database management experience Project management skills.
