The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. LOCKS & KEYS: Install, repair, rebuild, and service mechanical, electrical locking and closing devices. Responsible for designing, maintaining and record keeping for all key work on campus. SIGNS: Build, design, and install campus and event signage. Work with PR and Signage Committee for consistency. WATERWORKS: Stay compliant with Federal and State Regulations and Reporting Plan, install, operate, and maintain the water utility system. Complete weekend rounds and call backs as needed. Swimming Pool and Fountain: Maintain, repair and clean pool, deck, fountain, and auxiliary equipment. Prepare service reports of materials used and work performed.

CERTIFICATES & LICENSES: State of California grade 2 Water Treatment Operator License Distribution Operator License ANWA Back Flow Preventer Assembly General Tester License EDUCATION: Associate of Science Degree and/or equivalent experience. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong team player and contributor Strong oral and written communication skills Working knowledge of computers, printers, and Microsoft Office Strong background in graphics and large format printing Working knowledge of databases Ability to plan, manage multiple projects and work well under pressure Ability to reason, be decisive, follow through and complete projects. Ability to supervise student employees as needed.
