Pacific Union College Facilities Department is seeking a General handy man duties include but are not limited to: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and janitorial, Also responsible to supervise student employees as needed.
Required Experience
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
• Working experience in trade areas of general maintenance issues related to rental properties.
• Strong team player and contributor to department and college
• Able to handle and manage multiple projects
• Able to work well under pressure
• Strong oral and written communication skills
