Spencerville Adventist Academy (SAA) is a diverse, 400 + student PK-12th grade school housed in a beautiful facility 30 minutes north of Washington DC, close to the NAD and the GC. We value Adventist foundations and pursue academic excellence at all age levels. SAA has one constituent church, Spencerville Seventh-day Adventist Church, that is an active part of the school. The school offers excellent spiritual, academic, music, and sports programs. We have a 4-person administrative team consisting of a Principal, Secondary Vice Principal, Elementary Vice Principal, and Business Manager who work collaboratively to execute our vision of having a community of students empowered to be Christian leaders rooted in faith, embracing lifelong learning, and committed to sacrificial service. The Secondary Vice Principal oversees the 9-12 team to foster an environment of respect, collaboration, and growth. The ideal candidate loves sharing Jesus, has exceptional interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills, a growth mindset, and is passionate about working with young people. They intentionally implement best practices as they meet strategic goals and ensure compliance with school policies and procedures. Required Experience
A Master’s degree in education and current NAD Certification is required. Administrator Certification and 3-5 years of successful administrative experience is preferred.
