Shoal Creek Adventist School (SCAS) is seeking a passionate, mission-driven K–2 Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. Qualified candidates may also be considered for the role of Head Teacher/Principal.

SCAS is a growing, family-oriented school committed to academic excellence and Seventh-day Adventist Christian education. We are looking for an educator who is nurturing, spiritually grounded, and dedicated to developing the whole child—academically, socially, and spiritually.

• Effective classroom management and organizational ability

• Strong communication skills with students, families, and church members

• Leadership experience (preferred for Head Teacher/Principal consideration)

About the School

Shoal Creek Adventist School recently moved into a newly purchased facility in Newnan, Georgia, a growing suburb on the southwest side of the Atlanta metropolitan area. Both the school and the local church community are experiencing positive growth, with continued development anticipated.

We seek an educator who is excited to be an active, positive participant in both the school and the Peachtree Hills Seventh-day Adventist Church community.

Minimum: B.S. degree and current NAD Elementary certification. Salary and benefits are based on the denominational wage scale and policy. Georgia-Cumberland Conference offers all full-time teachers the option of 10 or 12-month remuneration.
