Description

Middletown Christian School, located in Middletown, NY is seeking a 7th/8th grade Homeroom Teacher for the 2025-26 school year and beyond. Candidate should be strong in Math and Science for grades 5-8. Must be comfortable with teaching multi grades. Candidate must be energetic, passionate about education, a team player and able to deliver lessons to students using a variety of instructional methods that will positively impact all learning styles. Candidate should also exemplify and model a Christ-like spirit that will have a positive and lasting effect on the students and the entire learning community.

Required Experience
Candidate must be a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in good and regular standing, with a willingness to model Adventist beliefs, lifestyle, values and standards while at the same time having a missionary heart and mindset toward students and their families. Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s degree. Current North American Division (Denominational) teaching certification and multi-grade experiences are preferred.
