OAA reopened four years ago with an energized constituent church family and supportive school board and now has nearly 30 students. OAA is seeking an experienced teaching principal who would teach middle or upper grades, depending on the enrollment. The school has a supportive board and church family who are praying to find a leader with the skills to grow the school and implement the foundational school philosophy, adhering to God's blueprint for true education. They are looking for someone who is a team player, creative, and who loves children. Applicants for this position must model Christ-like behavior and attitudes that will positively impact students in leading them to Christ. She/He must be able to deliver instruction to students on the indicated subjects or grade levels using a variety of teaching methods and activities.
