Berean Junior Academy (BJA) is a thriving K–8 school located in the heart of Charlotte, NC—affectionately known as the Queen City. As our school continues to expand, with an enrollment of 50 students expected to increase next school year, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to join our progressive team. The ideal candidate will:  Develop engaging and well-structured weekly lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.  Utilize strong classroom management strategies to create a positive and effective learning environment.  Integrate technology to enhance instruction and student engagement.  Foster strong partnerships with parents through regular communication, including timely posting of assignments and grades, as well as parent-teacher conferences.  Exhibit a collaborative spirit and a team-oriented mindset

Minimum bachelor's degree in education or related field of study, NAD or state teaching certification, prior experience (2+ years preferred). Competitive salary, cost of living, and great health benefits are based on the denominational wage scale and policy. Educational support for master's degree.
