Cleveland, GA (in the beautiful mountains of northern Georgia, about 1 hour northeast of Atlanta and 2 hours from Southern Adventist University)

Overview:

The Northeast Georgia Christian Academy (NEGCA) seeks a visionary, NAD-certified Teaching Principal for our one-room school. Situated within the Cleveland Seventh-day Adventist Church’s recently remodeled facility—which includes an outdoor play area—this unique opportunity is part of the Georgia-Cumberland Conference. The classroom is supported by a full-time paraprofessional to assist with classroom duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and implement an instructional program that empowers, equips, and engages students for academic success and spiritual growth  
• Inspire and mentor young learners, guiding them in both academic achievement and their walk with Christ  
• Collaborate with a supportive team within an established Adventist school environment  
• Embrace the church community’s excitement and commitment to reaching local children

Qualifications:

• NAD certification required  
• Demonstrated passion and energy for education and Christian leadership  
• Ability to design and execute an effective curriculum in a one-room school setting  
• Bilingual skills and musical talents are a plus

Contract Options:

The Georgia-Cumberland Conference offers a choice of 10- or 12-month contracts for all teachers.

Georgia-Cumberland Conference offers all full-time teachers the option of 10 or 12-month remuneration.
