The Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences at Andrews University is seeking a highly skilled and innovative individual for a full-time (12-month) tenure track Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) faculty to teach in a NAACLS accredited MLS Program. The applicant should possess skills to effectively teach university courses for MLS students and participate in appropriate scholarly and service activities consistent with the vision, mission, and philosophy of the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences. The candidate should demonstrate competence in both didactic and clinical education as well as curriculum development.

Required Experience
Master’s degree in MLS or related area.
Doctoral or Ph.D. degree preferred.
National (U.S.) recognized Medical Laboratory Science certification such as that offered by the American Society for Clinical Pathology.
Minimum of three years of generalist clinical experience with preferred emphasis on immunology/immunohematology (blood bank/transfusion medicine)
Commitment to professional development.
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
