Description
Reporting to the Dean of the College of Health and Human Services (CHHS), the Chair has responsibility for the overall operations in the School of Nursing, which includes BSN, RN-to-BSN, and Doctor of Nursing Practice programs. The Chair maintains the accreditation of the programs, development and maintenance of the evaluation plan, curriculum review, organization of division projects, faculty development, and the self-study report.

Required Experience
Doctorate degree in Nursing (preferred) or a doctorate degree in a health-related field, leadership, or education with a master’s degree in nursing.
Associate Professor.
License/ eligibility to practice Nursing in Michigan.
Three years of experience practicing Nursing.
Five years of college teaching experience.
Experience with accreditation of Nursing programs (preferred).
Demonstrated scholarly activities.
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
