Faculty-Rehabilitation Science

Description

The primary responsibilities of this faculty appointment are to teach in the DPT program and serve as the neurology track coordinator. The faculty appointment has administrative, academic, service, and scholarship responsibilities consistent with the mission and philosophy of the School of Rehabilitation Sciences (SRS). 


 

Required Experience
  • Earned Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE accredited program. 
  • Earned advanced doctorate (academic or professional). Candidates enrolled in an advanced doctorate with a reasonable projected completion date may be considered.
  • Minimum five years of relevant clinical experience in neurology.
  • APTA Board-Certified Neurological Clinical Specialist preferred.
  • Minimum two years of teaching experience preferred, may include clinical education.  
  • Minimum two years of management experience, serving in leadership roles within a given organization preferred.


Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
