Under guidance of the Director, this person directs the daily program of the summer camp program including overseeing all activities and staff and ensures the health and safety of the campers. Works within the framework of the program, policies, standards and expectations of Andrews University and the State of Michigan. Must be a leader, energetic, creative, positive, and flexible. Commitment to work 5 days per week 8 am to 4:30 pm with a lunch break from 1pm - 2 pm.

Must be 19 years of age or older. Experience in leadership roles. Ability to lead and oversee staff of all ages and levels of experience. Ability to work long hours, in indoor and outdoor settings, requiring regular physical activity, standing for long periods. Ability to be highly punctual and to successfully allocate and manage time. Loves kids! Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
