Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems by performing the following duties. Rotates weekend shifts with other plumber to take call for emergency service calls including repairs beyond normal work hours as required. May be called in at any time to assist with emergency repairs as needed. When on normal call rotation the response time to an emergency should not exceed more than thirty minutes. One year certificate from technical school; or two to three years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
