The facilities manager oversees the custodial and maintenance care of the Andreasen Center for Wellness, helps manage the team of custodial student employees (along with the Custodial Supervisor), and works with the other ACW management to help the facility run optimally. Custodial and/or maintenance experience required, though some training can be provided in either area. Must be physically able to be on their feet for long periods of time, lift heavy weight (75-100 lbs daily), and work strenuously at times. Must be able to work outside of regular business hours when necessary, sometime late at night, and respond to questions and calls after hours. Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
