Thunderbird Christian Elementary is seeking a Kindergarten (possible TK-4/PK as well) teacher for the 2025 – 2026 school year! TCE is on a campus next to Thunderbird Adventist Academy (9-12) and Thunderbird-Scottsdale Church. The school is looking for a teacher who is committed to helping students develop a personal relationship with Jesus, brings creativity to learning, and loves helping students reach their academic goals! Candidates must be able to effectively manage a diverse range of young learners, as well as being willing to grow and learn as a teacher. TCE is part of the Arizona Conference and is located in Scottsdale, AZ, a town with wonderful winter weather. The school is in a large Adventist community and supported by three constituent churches. The Arizona Conference is a leader in Standards Based Learning, and teachers will be mentored in the curriculum. The school anticipates an enrollment of between 65-70 student next year. 

Minimum: B.S. degree and current NAD Elementary certification or able to obtain. Must have the legal right to work in the United States and be able to provide evidence of that right if employed. The ideal teacher must be willing to be part of a team at TCE. Teachers certified to teach TK-4 or PreK will be top candidates. Experience as a kindergarten teacher preferred. The school staff and board work wonderfully together for continued school improvement.
