Mile High Academy (MHA) is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced part-time Spanish teacher for our middle school and upper school Spanish classes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching Spanish language and culture, inspiring students to develop proficiency and appreciation for the language. MHA offers a supportive and collaborative environment committed to providing excellence in Seventh-day Adventist education. Responsibilities: • Teach Spanish classes for middle school and upper school students. • Develop comprehensive lesson plans that focus on language acquisition, grammar, vocabulary, and cultural understanding. • Utilize engaging and interactive teaching methods to facilitate student learning. • Provide feedback and assessments to support student progress and growth. • Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate Spanish language and culture into cross-curricular activities.

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. • Prior teaching experience preferred. • Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish language. • Strong knowledge of Spanish grammar, vocabulary, and culture. • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Flexibility to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners. • Must be available to work 10 to 15 hours per week on an hourly basis. • All candidates must have legal right to work in the United Sates.
