- Has worked in higher education recruiting for a minimum of 4 years. - Is a high performing sales person or successful recruiter. - Has converted over 1k matriculated students - Is an extremely strong & effective project manager. - Strong implementer & action and goals-oriented. - Expert at using higher education CRMs. We use Radius by Campus Management for prospect and applicant data and Colleague for student data.
