Description
Miami Union Adventist Academy is looking for an experienced, dynamic, creative, energetic, Spirit-filled educator to join our team in the great city of North Miami, Florida. The winning candidate will be responsible for the athletic department of MUAA, teach P.E., and be knowledgeable in coaching basketball, volleyball, flag football, and soccer. MUAA has a reputation and history of producing winning teams with winning records. The winning candidate will also be a go-getter, willing to face transportation challenges (CDL license a plus but not required), lack of a gym facility, scheduling conflicts, and putting the extra time required for games and weekend events. You will also have other responsibilities, such as morning, lunch, and afternoon supervision, staff worship, attend weekly staff meetings and recruitment activities. You must be willing to be an active member of one of our constituency churches. The school is supported by many surrounding churches, a committed school board, and a passionate conference office eager to see a change in the Miami area. We are faithfully committed to Adventist Education shown through excellence and commitment to the vision of the school’s administration. You will work with a group of dedicated educators, who are looking to welcome a new member to their team.

Required Experience
An undergraduate (or higher) degree in education is required. Be familiar (or willing to quickly learn) Renweb, MobyMax, Map Growth, and other supplementary materials for proving excellence in planning. All candidates must be currently eligible to work in the United States and be a fully certified teacher.
