Dinuba Junior Academy (DJA) seeks a dynamic, energetic teacher/principal for grades
5-8.   We are looking for someone willing to work at building relationships with the
churches and community.   The position is for a teaching principal who can help take
this 2-teacher school to the next level.  The candidate will teach subjects in grades 5-8,
supervise the K-4 teacher, and work with the board and local churches.  The school
recently updated two classrooms.   We are looking for someone who can get the
community excited about the school and its offerings. Located in the agricultural
Central Valley, Dinuba is only 45 minutes from Sequoia National Park in the Sierras and
2 1/2 hours from beach areas such as Morro Bay, San Simeon, and Cambria.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: 1) holds or is qualified to
receive NAD elementary teaching certification; 2) a team player; 3) maintains a
Spiritual presence and commitment; 4) leads by example; 5) knowledgeable of
elementary curriculum; 6) involved in school activities; 7) possesses the skills of
organization, follow-through, and communication. The opening is a 12-month
teaching/administrative position for the 2024-2025 school year and beyond. The salary
range for this position is $56,911 to $73,483, based on North American Division
certification, experience, and cost of living adjustment. Must have documentation to
work in the USA.  Position open until filled.
